Refund policy

At Beldi&Co, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare, soap, or exfoliating products.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Return postage:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
